We have tons of cores on hand. While our in-stock carburetor coverage is impressive, our selection of cores is even more impressive. Tens of thousands of cores (and parts) are at our fingertips for many of the more obscure makes and models which normally aren’t kept in finished inventory. This means that when you need a carburetor that no one seems to stock for that "special project", you shouldn’t have to call all over the country to find it. It’s so convenient! Our carburetors’ quality is excellent. In order to do this for our customers, we have combined a highly effective mix of modern assembly-line techniques with old style precision workmanship. Final assembly and adjustment of each of our carburetors is performed by an experienced carburetor technician who specializes in his particular make and model of carburetor. Then our carburetors proceed to final testing, including wet-flow benching as well as actually being tested on a live, running engine. Not sure if you even need a carburetor? We honestly don’t want to sell you a carburetor you don’t need! Please feel free to use our troubleshooting section on this web site to help you decide the cause of your vehicle’s problem. Effective use of that section may save you hours of frustration and hundreds of dollars in parts or labor from unnecessary repairs. Our troubleshooting section is constantly under construction as we add new information to help you. If, after checking that section, you’re still not sure if your problem is carburetor related, consider sending your carburetor to us to test prior to paying for expensive repairs or replacement elsewhere. You may realize significant savings by doing this, many of our customers do. We recently performed a study of carburetors sent to us for testing and we found that a huge percentage (almost half) had either minor problems (out of adjustment, etc.) or no problems at all!
